Spiritual practices can feel confusing, outdated, or just too hard to fit into our busy lives. So how do we get it right? Maybe we don’t? Maybe spiritual practices aren’t about getting it right at all–maybe they’re about becoming more available to God.
This summer, Teaching Pastor Robert Gorrell will lead a hands-on spiritual lab exploring ancient practices that open us to God’s presence. Each week includes prayer, a devotion pattern called the Daily Examen, and take-home resources for parents to use with their families.
