Finding Rest: The Sabbath Practice

Sabbath is a 24-hour time period set aside to stop, rest, delight, and worship. It is the best day of the week. In our era of chronic exhaustion, emotional unhealth, and spiritual stagnation, few things are more necessary than recovering this ancient practice.

When we think of Christmas, we think about angels, shepherds, and a baby born in Bethlehem. All those images come from the Gospel of Luke. Luke reveals the world Jesus was born into and the real meaning of Christmas. This study will coincide with our Advent sermon series.
